What is a Buyer's Agent?
A buyer's agent is your representative who walks you through and assists you with the entire home search and purchasing process. I assist buyers right from the start with getting them kickstarted on their pre-approval to the final closing day. Similar to selling, it is important to have an agent who can clearly communicate and guide you along. Whether this is your first home or your 10th, it is key to be informed and educated on the process of what is going on. I offer an elite service that both educates and advises buyers to make the right choice for their circumstances!

In Edmonton and the surrounding areas, a buyer's agent's fees are usually paid for by the seller. This means that in most cases, my services to you as a buyer are completely free. It is also important to keep in mind that these fees are paid out only at the closing of your purchase.
