Step 5:
Put in an Offer

Offers are where deals are won and lost. I make sure to assist you to strategically put together an offer that maximizes your chance at success!

Offer Process

1. Discuss our offer and strategy

-This would include you and me discussing previously sold homes and anything else that could affect our price and how we approach the offer.

2. Write it up

 -This would be where I put all the things we talked about in part one, put them into the offer and send it to you for approval and signatures

3. Present it to the seller

-This would be where I send it to the seller's agent so they can discuss it with the sellers

4. Negotiate

-This is where the seller's agent would contact me and let me know what they would like changed on the contract. From there, I will discuss with you to decide what our next steps should be. This can go back and forth multiple times.

5. Acceptance

 -Acceptance is where the sellers and the buyers agree on the price and terms of the contract!
