BEST WAYS TO MEET
When it comes to meeting to discuss your search there are many ways we can meet and at the end of the day it is up to you and your schedule on how you want to meet.
-We can meet over a Zoom Call or Google Meet
-We can meet in person at a coffee shop, your home, or my office
-We can meet over the phone
Although any of these options work, it is preferred to in person or over an online call!
WHAT WE'LL GO OVER
Here are some of the main things that we will go over in the meeting:
-Your timeline
-Your Pre-approval and budget
-The contract and my duties to you as your Realtor
-The programs that my brokerage offers
-Your home wants
-Your home needs
-What you are looking for in a house
-Education about the process
We will also go over what you should expect when we go see homes, how you would like to receive listing updates and how to write an offer that gives us the best chance of success so we are prepared when the time comes!
WHAT TO PREPARE FOR
It is important when you show up for the meeting that you have an understanding of your situation. Your wants, needs, preferences, and anything else that could be helpful to me in assisting you. If you are coming with a partner or spouse, it is important to also have a conversation beforehand to understand what each other are looking for.
Additionally, if you have any information regarding your pre-approval please bring that with you!
